- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Clapped up unorganized office. I am usually never sick and hadn't been to the doctor for 5 years.I get a thorough physical done through the fire dept. every year at Carroll occupational, which is well organized but can not use them since it's not a work related incident. I had an immediate issue and I needed to be seen so I called first thing in the morning, they looked me up in their system, and scheduled an appt for that afternoon. 5 hours later I take off work early and drive an hour to their office and when I'm about 2 miles away (10 min before my appt time) they call and tell me I can't be seen due to me not being there for 5 years. Why they couldn't have said that before I took time off from work and drove all the way there beats me. Their response was "sorry, you'll have to go urgent care if you want to be seen." I guess I'll have better luck when urgent care is done being built across from them.June 07, 2017by Matthew Warren
